Job Title: Global Workforce Strategist

The Global Head - Workforce Management will be responsible for heading the workforce management, demand planning and fulfillment across entities globally. This role involves designing and rolling out an enterprise workforce fulfillment framework to ensure seamless operations.

  • This includes empowering talent teams to embed demand plans, enable internal and external talent intelligence through demand supply analytics, strategic talent fulfillment modeling, and capability transformation.
  • The incumbent will advise on productivity opportunities, internal talent development, and strategic hiring in collaboration with sourcing, learning, and talent teams.
  • In this hybrid work mode, the ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities is crucial.
