About the Role:
The Senior Secretarial Support position at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) requires a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our faculty and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in secretarial work, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to faculty members and staff
2. Coordinate departmental meetings, scheduling, and follow-ups
3. Maintain accurate records and databases
4. Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required
5. Manage office supplies and equipment
6. Assist with travel arrangements and logistics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a statutory university
- Personal Secretarial Certificate Course or Diploma in Secretarial Course with Stenography and typing
- Proficiency in MS-Office
- 60/120 w.p.m speed in typing & shorthand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3-5 years of secretarial experience in a similar capacity
