About us

Business acquisition is a key function in driving company growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading acquisitions and partnerships within the F&B portfolio.

The role combines financial modeling, market assessments, and investment analysis to support strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate potential F&B brands for acquisition or franchise partnerships.
  • Develop financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Assist in structuring and negotiating transactions and partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during deal execution.
  • Work closely with leadership to onboard and launch new brand partners.
  • Partner with brand heads on initiatives to grow emerging brands.
  • Track performance metrics and identify growth levers.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate strategy, or growth/ops roles.
  • Strong financial skills and knowledge of the consumer/F&B industry.
  • Ability to work across deals and operations.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in the consumer/F&B industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
