SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Role

As a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and configuration of Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession, Career, and Development Planning (SMCDP) modules.

This position offers an opportunity to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs. You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose improvements or best practice solutions.

  • Configure workflows, permissions, MDF objects, business rules, route maps, rating scales, calibrations, and 360 review functionality.
  • Perform data migration, prepare and execute test cases, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide post-go-live support, including hypercare, defect resolution, enhancements, and managing change requests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement advanced performance management capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP and 5+ years of hands-on experience working exclusively in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong expertise in PMGM and SMCDP, including goal plans, performance cycles, calibrations, 360 reviews, feedback workflows, succession models, MDF objects, development paths, career worksheets, and integration points with other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Familiarity with integration points with other SuccessFactors modules and/or third-party systems.
