Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Indore, IN
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue through equity trading and regular new client acquisition.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for financial products like mutual funds, insurance, PMS, structured products, and fixed income instruments.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of equity trading and other financial services.
- Monitor operational efficiency and address issues promptly to maintain smooth workflows.
- Lead and mentor the branch team, including equity dealers, relationship managers, and other staff.
- Foster a collaborative and result-driven work culture.
- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients.
- Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic developments, and corporate actions.
- Provide insights and guidance for informed investment decisions.
- Assist clients with portfolio diversification and risk management strategies.
