Customer Service and Debt Settlement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic customer service professional to play a pivotal role in our operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, providing exceptional support to clients, and ensuring timely and effective communication. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals and deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client calls and emails, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed information about debt settlement and consolidation services.
  • Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Following up on leads generated through various channels to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals and deliver outstanding service.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and company offerings to effectively address client questions and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay composed and professional in challenging situations.
