Event Marketing Manager

We are seeking a driven professional to lead the execution of online events, webinars, and masterclasses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of these events, as well as driving registrations and attendance through high-performing campaigns via multiple channels.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Own the planning and execution of online events & masterclasses, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations
  • Develop and implement high-performing campaigns across various platforms, including email marketing, social media, and in-app notifications
  • Craft compelling event communication copy that resonates with our audience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and optimize performance continuously
  • Analyze event data to identify areas for improvement and drive growth

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, audience engagement, and content optimization
  • Analytical mindset and ability to draw actionable insights from event data
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or event management
  • Proven track record of success in driving event registrations and attendance
