Content Strategist for Digital Growth

We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking professional to spearhead our social media presence. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that amplifies our online visibility.

  • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy to increase page engagement, traffic, and interactions.
  • Create captivating captions that resonate with our audience and foster meaningful connections.
  • Be hands-on in creating innovative content formats such as reels, memes, carousel posts, and other engaging materials.
  • Post high-quality links, videos, and photos on our social handles regularly.
  • Monitor the latest trending content on social media platforms and create relevant posts.
  • Understand and analyze basic social media metrics for optimizing post performance and achieving maximum reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the content calendar.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for YouTube & Facebook video content.
  • Track competitor pages to identify gaps in our content strategy.
  • Partner with external organizations to manage promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with the publishing team to create visually appealing content and post it on our social channels.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with reputable entertainment publishers (agency and brand professionals welcome).
  • Basic understanding of social media analysis and proficiency in using tools like Meta analytics and YouTube Studio.
  • Familiarity with image and video editing software such as Photoshop.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Understanding of copyright requirements and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard office hours for timely updates or events.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
