Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing business insights and managing end-to-end project delivery. You will structure analytical solutions to address business objectives and problem-solving, translate client needs into researchable hypotheses, and develop sophisticated analysis plans to test those hypotheses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business insights and manage end-to-end project delivery
  • Structure analytical solutions to address business objectives and problem-solving
  • Translate client needs into researchable hypotheses
  • Develop sophisticated analysis plans to test hypotheses
  • Facilitate client working sessions and lead recurring project status meetings
  • Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Secure new opportunities within existing account relationships
  • Manage day-to-day project operations and serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team
  • Provide quality oversight on deliverables prepared by the project team
  • Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop
  • Connect Power BI to different data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence
  • Implement row-level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI & DAX
  • Develop tabular/multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards using M-Query
  • Publish and schedule Power BI reports as per business requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas
  • Proficiency in M language, DAX SQL (Power BI)
  • Good experience in Azure SQL and Azure Data factory
  • Insurance Industry knowledge preferred
  • 4+ years' experience, preferably in Digital, Campaign Analytics
  • Direct client handling experience and team handling skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
  • Ability to understand cross-cultural differences and work with clients across the globe
