Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Specialist to join our team as a key member responsible for system configurations, support, and optimization. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting complex issues, performing system administration duties, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily system support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experience
  • Perform system administration tasks such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
  • Collaborate with system program leaders to configure the workflow tool and troubleshoot system issues
  • Develop and execute test cases to validate configurations and ensure accuracy
  • Support software validation and change control activities
  • Create charts, graphs, and reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools to provide valuable insights

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office
  • SQL experience required
  • Prior scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript)
  • SharePoint experience
