As a seasoned Practice Manager, you will spearhead our SAP SCM team in delivering exceptional results and fostering long-term client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Guidance:
    • Oversight of SAP practice operations, including planning, execution, and project delivery.
    • Mentorship and leadership development of a talented team of SAP consultants and specialists.
  • Strategy and Growth:
    • Development and implementation of practice growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Identification of market trends and emerging needs to enhance service offerings.
  • Client Satisfaction and Delivery:
    • Ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction through meticulous delivery.
    • Serving as a senior point of contact and escalation for client concerns.
  • Business Development:
    • Supporting sales teams in pre-sales activities.
    • Participation in business development presentations and client meetings as needed.
  • Financial Acumen:
    • Management of the SAP practice budget, including forecasting and utilization.
