ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to fill a critical role in our organization. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow OTM platform for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environments. A minimum of 4 to 12 years of experience in the IT industry is also required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing mid-server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Knowledge and understanding of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Scripting automated processes using Business Rules, Script Actions, and other ServiceNow features.
  • Developing and enhancing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Documenting development, configuration, and technical details, and preparing training material for projects.
  • Representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
  • Requirements:
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform features and functionality.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Power/Shell and Python.
  • Knowledge of database architecture and SQL query writing.
  • Ability to work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
