Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Investigate user experience design requirements for delivery engagements">
  • Interact with clients to define design problem statements and analytical problem statements">
  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team in understanding stakeholders and users through empathy maps, user personas, and building solutions that cater to all users">
  • Enable quick iterations of product builds through wireframes and obtain feedback from internal and external stakeholders">
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes">
  • Design UI elements and tools, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, for digital assets">
  • Test UI elements, including CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages">
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and internal and external designers to ensure tailored experiences for digital users">
  • Provide advice and guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior">
  • Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree and 7-9 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services">
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms">
  • Working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite">
  • A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks">
