UI/UX Designer

Experience range: 8 to 10 years.
We are seeking a talented UI/UX developer with 8-10 years of expertise to recreate and enhance application screens using low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing user interfaces tailored for Factory Operations or a closely related industrial domain. The designs should align with the needs, workflows, and challenges typical to factory environments, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recreate and improve existing application screens using low-code/no-code tools
Collaborate closely with product and domain experts to understand factory workflows and user personas.
Design user-friendly, efficient interfaces optimized for factory operators, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
Implement responsive design principles ensuring usability across devices and environments.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience with low-code/no-code platforms. Should understand the limitations of the platforms.
Background or strong familiarity with Factory Operations, manufacturing, or industrial processes. For example, a candidate should be acquainted with a MES system.
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Ability to translate domain-specific requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
