OUR TEAM

The Brand Experience group operates at the convergence of insight, storytelling, and consumer experience. Within it, the Experience Design Teamwhere youll contributepartners closely with Social, Creator, UX/UI, and Activation teams to create seamless journeys that engage users and convert consistently.

As part of this agile, insights-led team, youll have the opportunity to shape how users interact with some of the worlds most compelling brands. Youll collaborate across disciplines to design, test, and refine user experiences that are as intuitive as they are impactful.

WHAT YOULL DO:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role will focus on designing thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences across web and email platforms. In addition to core UX/UI responsibilities, the ideal candidate will support production efforts for newsletters and website updates, ensuring high-quality execution of design assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user needs, project goals, and design requirements
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web pages and digital products
- Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces
- Assist with the production and QA of email newsletters, ensuring designs are responsive and brand-aligned
- Support website updates by preparing and optimizing graphics, layouts, and content blocks
- Maintain design systems and documentation for consistency across channels
- Work closely with developers, marketers, and content teams to bring designs to life

WHAT WE&aposRE LOOKING FOR:

- 3+ years of experience in UX and UI design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and responsive design best practices
- Experience designing for email and CMS-driven websites
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
