Job Title

A Project Implementation Leader is sought after to spearhead the rollout and adoption of our product.

This role acts as a bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders, driving successful delivery and measurable impact.

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in product implementation, program/project management, or customer success roles.
  • A proven track record of managing end-to-end product rollouts with measurable adoption outcomes.
About the Role

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing implementation activities, ensuring smooth product deployment, user adoption, and long-term value realization.

This includes overseeing deployment, installation, and configuration of the product in customer environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing business systems and processes.

Additionally, the Implementation Manager will drive user enablement through training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions, monitoring user adoption and engagement, addressing challenges proactively.

Post-implementation support and continuous improvement are also key responsibilities, capturing feedback and escalating product gaps or enhancements to product management.

Key Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager will own and manage the full lifecycle of product implementation, from kickoff to post-rollout support.

They will develop detailed project/rollout plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness.

The Implementation Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for business and end-user stakeholders during rollout, facilitating regular communication, progress updates, and expectation management.
