ERP Project Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead our Smart City ERP initiatives, focusing on Property Tax and Water modules. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects of similar complexity, driving requirement analysis and preparing detailed specifications, explaining workflows and technical details to development teams, planning tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring progress against timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management, including 2-4 years in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
