Job Title: Senior Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the development and support of our flagship Managed File Transfer platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual and team goals, and support professional development to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Encourage best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain the highest standards.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time and efficiently, while ensuring quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, fostering growth and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote the adoption of agile methodologies and practices within the team, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the engineering team and with other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Communicate project status, technical challenges, and achievements to senior management, providing transparent updates.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution within the team, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Identify and address skill gaps within the team, ensuring a balanced mix of skills and experience.
