Project Services Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert advice on implementing the ADP GlobalView product.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Consultation

  • Implement client solutions using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product.
  • Perform blueprinting workshops to gather client requirements information.
  • Design and document client solutions including business requirements and program specifications.
  • Own issues and gaps between client requirements and ADP GV template, working with other teams to resolve them.

Integration & Testing

  • Liaise with clients throughout data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases, providing assistance as needed.
  • Coordinate training delivery with education services and update training manuals as required.
  • Provide sample test scripts for clients to test the solution.
  • Support clients through user acceptance, parallel testing, and go-live phases.
  • Ensure timely handover to client services following ADP handover methodology.

Product Knowledge

  • Possess high-level HR and payroll knowledge to deliver maximum value to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products, news, and developments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ADP GlobalView template and ensure adherence.
  • liaise with the Product Manager to provide feedback on the template and understand future product direction/changes.
  • Assist the Product Manager and Project teams in designing non-standard changes to the ADP GlobalView template.
