Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence while driving impactful paid campaigns.

  • Digital Marketing Strategy

· Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging posts, stories, and ads.
· Publish daily content across multiple platforms including social media, email, and the company website.
· Write compelling copy to boost engagement and conversions.
· Manage community interactions (social media, customer feedback) and track user engagement insights.

  • Paid Advertising

· Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on various advertising channels.
· Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS and support ongoing optimizations.
· Execute A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional offers.
· Run retargeting campaigns and support funnel optimization.

  • Analytics & Growth

· Track and analyze key organic and paid metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, conversions).
· Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and marketing benchmarks.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with product launches, webinars, and testimonials.

  • Qualifications

· 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (EdTech/Finance preferred).
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
· Hands-on experience with social media, email marketing, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and UTM tagging.
· Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
