Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to on-site execution.

  • Construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD for effective project communication.
  • Follow up on projects, ensuring timely execution with a keen eye for detail.
  • Conduct frequent quality assurance checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with government departments and utilize strong contacts for project facilitation.
  • Prepare technical drawings and presentations for client interactions.
  • Implement design concepts aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with construction professionals and project teams.
  • Demonstrate expertise in 3D software and design aptitude.

Requirements

To succeed as an Architect, you should have:

  • B. Arch/M. Arch with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good liaising experience with strong contacts in government departments.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
  • Creative mindset with strong visualization skills.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently.
