AI Innovation Engineer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end AI solutions for high-impact business challenges by combining modern software engineering practices with advanced AI technologies.
- Build foundational AI platforms, including conversational bots, search engines, and unstructured data processors.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype and deploy AI applications that drive enterprise-wide AI adoption.
- Evaluate and integrate leading AI frameworks, such as LLMs, vector databases, and RAG systems, into scalable applications.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure reliable delivery of AI applications and stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and best practices.
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and shipping production-grade systems.
- Proficiency in Python or Java and experience developing APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps practices.
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production, including LLMs via APIs and embeddings.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and working with unstructured data sources.
