Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive demand and build a qualified pipeline for our Microsoft services portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies to target enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients for Microsoft solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, including Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM tools, email automation, sales navigation, cold outreach, and lead intelligence tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing lead generation strategies
  • Managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Building and optimizing databases of potential customers
  • Qualifying leads through structured discovery calls and handover to sales for closure
  • Working closely with Microsoft partnership teams to leverage co-selling opportunities, incentives, and marketing funds
  • Tracking KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Collaborating with the sales & marketing teams to create compelling content, presentations, and campaigns
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 6-10 years of experience in B2B lead generation/inside sales, preferably in Microsoft services or IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Hands-on experience with email automation, sales navigation, cold outreach, and lead intelligence tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
