Job Overview

This leadership role oversees strategic portfolio management, with accountability for multi-year roadmap execution, stakeholder engagement, and financial deliverables.

The successful candidate will manage one or more small-scale programs, drive large-scale cross-functional initiatives, oversee end-to-end lifecycle planning, and lead cross-functional teams through product development processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program plans, delivery methodologies, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive cross-functional programs strategically, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and to-scope delivery.
  • Oversee program lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development processes.
  • Plan and manage portfolio-level AOP/budget, with budget accountability at the portfolio level.
  • Liaise between Operating Units and global teams.
  • Present analysis and updates to senior leadership.
  • Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and deployment of simplification initiatives.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and obtain stakeholder engagement.
  • Recommend new policies and procedures affecting program management.
  • Modify program management processes to improve program performance.

Digital Automated Dashboard:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI for tracking program performance, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, visualize data insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure dashboards align with executive reporting needs, enabling real-time visibility into program health and resource allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline with software experience.
  • 18+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years of project management relevant experience in medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI or other tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP/equivalent, CSM, SAFe/RTE, or handling ART experience.
  • Good knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to influence all customers.
