Trust Manager Job Opportunity

As a Trust Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities, ensuring compliance with international trust concepts and relevant regulations. You will be responsible for managing relationships, legal, administrative, and banking matters of clients and their entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities, producing necessary legal documents and ensuring day-to-day matters are handled efficiently.
  • Conduct regular reviews of each entity in the portfolio, liaising with clients, trustees, intermediaries, and legal counsel to provide excellent service.
  • Be ultimately responsible for the quality of client files, handling all legal, regulatory, and trust matters for the portfolio under management.
  • Provide legal research and analysis for structuring different variations of trusts and commercial entities, offering pragmatic solutions and implementing trust and commercial structures.
  • Manage client relationships, operational risk, and service level agreements, ensuring clients operate within the relevant legal and regulatory framework.
  • Develop and maintain voice and face contact with clients and intermediaries, servicing stakeholders well.
  • Adhere to our 4-Pillar approach, ensuring compliance, legal, and corporate services, transaction monitoring, and tax and transparency.
  • Achieve financial chargeability targets, ensure effective monitoring of transactions, handle pricing, invoicing, and solve payment issues and collection of invoice and outstanding fees.
  • Anticipate and manage the impact of emerging regulatory, taxation, or legal changes, ensuring compliance-related risks are addressed on behalf of the client.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of trust concepts, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in trust management or related field.
