Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT testing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale testing programs. They will be responsible for defining and implementing effective test strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing the execution of tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of all business requirements and system functionalities.
  • Lead onsite/offshore testing teams across various test phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
  • Collaborate with business, development, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, along with at least 12 years of experience in IT testing.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS versions 11.x – 14.x) and core banking testing projects.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages, such as Java, C++, and Python.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and other similar technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
