Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, focusing on consultative selling and brand narrative development
  • Collaborate with our strategy and creative teams to anchor pitches and proposals
  • Own the pipeline and quarterly acquisition targets
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries
  • Proven success in acquiring new logos, rather than solely farming existing accounts
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skills
  • Ability to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services
  • Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive for growth
