Government Consulting Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Governance and Policy team.

  • Job Description: As a member of this team, you will be responsible for supporting research, analysis, and policy development initiatives. This includes drafting reports, manifestos, and policy recommendations under supervision.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Research & Analysis: Gather data, conduct background research, and assist in the preparation of actionable reports for governance reform initiatives.
  • Policy Development Assistance: Contribute to the drafting of policy documents, manifestos, and recommendations.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and analysis summaries for internal and external audiences.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with political, regulatory, and programmatic developments and introduce best practices to team processes.

Eligibility requirements include a degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience or demonstrated interest in policy research, governance projects, or political consulting is desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of India's political landscape and governance structures. For Manager-level positions, previous experience of 2-4 years in consulting, governance research, or similar fields is highly desirable.
