Job Role Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee field operations, guaranteeing seamless coordination between employees and clients while upholding exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop daily schedules in consultation with employees and customers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Effectively manage workforce allocation based on incoming callbacks.
  • Conduct annual equipment inspections, plan repair schedules, and perform necessary safety checks.
  • Compile comprehensive monthly and quarterly review reports, ensuring prompt closure of T/Repair orders.
  • Monitor callback reduction and implement quality control measures.
  • Maintain strict adherence to EH&S policies and promote a culture of workplace safety among employees.
  • Participate in regular RQC & Safety meetings, conducting audits as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the elevator industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, result-driven attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high-profile client relationships effectively.
