About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Government E-Market (GeM) Portal, including creating categories, uploading products, and tendering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronic tendering and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs)/Request for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Submitting documents on various portals, including GeM, Central Public Procurement (CPP), Military Purchase (MP), Defence, and State Government.

Tender Preparation & Submission:

  • Preparing and submitting bids, bank guarantees, fixed deposit receipts (FDRs), and demand drafts (DDs) as per tender requirements.
  • Clarifying bid conditions and ensuring alignment with company requirements.
  • Analyzing tender documents, preparing comparative statements, and attending pre-bid meetings.

Vendor Registration & Coordination:

  • Liaising with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
  • Following up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.

Administrative Support:

  • Preparing drawings using Coral Draw/Photoshop.
  • Managing filing, calls, and administrative tasks, including salary/attendance registers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and communication in English and Hindi.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies is a plus.
