The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Sponsorship Sales & Partnership Manager. This position involves driving sponsorship acquisition, developing tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts for ET Infra's events and content. Building relationships with key stakeholders from Infrastructure space, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns and maximize revenue through strategic partnerships are critical components of this role.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and engage potential sponsors that align with ET Infra's content and audience, establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop tailored sponsorship proposals and negotiate contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements that maximize value for both ET Infra and sponsors, while achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with event and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorships, tracking campaign performance, and reporting on ROI and sponsor engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sponsorship opportunities, analyze industry trends, and work with editorial and marketing teams to integrate sponsor messages effectively across content and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any field
  • Minimum of 5 years in sponsorship sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in B2B media, summit, or infrastructure industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A team player with the ability to work on high-end projects and manage deadlines
