Business Development Lead

**Key Responsibilities:**
The Business Development Lead - Wholesale Partnerships will be responsible for:
- Identifying potential partners across asset classes
- Conducting preliminary analysis of potential partners to finalize due diligence
- Anchoring the due diligence process on potential partners
- Closing commercial negotiations with partners while maintaining yield and revenue targets
- Preparing CAMs and presenting them to the Credit Committee members
- Coordinating with partners to deepen relationships and build brand awareness
- Conducting quarterly monitoring processes for partners
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should have a background in the financial services industry, particularly in lending to financial services and corporates. You should possess experience in building alliances and growing business volumes through long-term relationships with partners. An estimated salary for this position is around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum.
