Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to drive growth in B2B and B2B2C segments within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, device manufacturers, and other key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. A strong understanding of remote patient monitoring, chronic disease management, and cardiovascular healthcare solutions is highly desirable.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join Tricog Health Services, a leading global remote cardiac monitoring and diagnostic company based in Bengaluru. With operations in 12+ countries and over 11,000 customers, we have achieved a significant milestone of diagnosing over 22 million patients globally.

Responsibilities:
  • • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and device manufacturers
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in B2B and B2B2C segments
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling go-to-market strategies and target healthcare providers, patients, and payers
    • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities and emerging trends within healthcare ecosystems


The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
