Land Acquisition Professional

We seek an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to coordinate and monitor land acquisition across multiple regional sites.

  • Coordinate and monitor land acquisition progress across multiple sites in coordination with regional teams.
  • Assist in resolving land issues at multiple sites, including litigation related to title, encroachments, and other matters.
  • Prepare periodic management information system reports to showcase acquisition progress and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to verify title search documents and support stakeholder management with land aggregators, regional land teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in land acquisition and land management, with a minimum of 5 years in land acquisition.
  • A thorough understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations, including knowledge of land laws.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the cement industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Earth, and KMZ.

NON-Negotiable Skills:

  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency and Preparation of Management Information System Reports
  • The ability to handle and navigate multiple projects

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Technical Skills:

  • A thorough understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations
  • Knowledge of Land Laws
  • Familiarity with revenue documentation, submissions, government regulations, and compliance requirements
