Job Title: Plant Head (PV Module)

Job Summary:

This is a full-time onsite role for a Plant Head (PV module) at Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. in Faridabad/Palwal. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management on a day-to-day basis. He should have good knowledge of troubleshooting machineries in case of shutdown.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee plant operations and production planning
* Ensure quality control and budgeting
* Manage production and troubleshoot machineries

Requirements:

* Plant Operations and Production Planning skills
* Quality Control and Budgeting skills
* Experience in manufacturing or production management
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Diploma or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Graduate/MBA Candidate with 1-2 years experience in Solar/Power Backup Industry
* Preference will be given to Luminous, Liveguard, Exide, Microtek, Okaya, Polycab, and Havells employee
* Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi
* An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years
* Rigorous follow-up and negotiation skills to build relationship with Dealers/Distributors
