Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Plant Head (PV module) at LOOM SOLAR PVT. LTD. in Faridabad/Palwal. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing plant operations production planning quality control budgeting and production management on a daytoday basis. He should have good Knowledge of Troubleshooting machineries in case of shutdown.

Qualifications/Skills

Plant Operations Production Planning and Production Management skills

Quality Control and Budgeting skills

Experience in manufacturing or production management

Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelors degree in Engineering/Diploma or related field

Certifications in quality management or production planning are a plus

1. Preferred Graduate/MBA Candidate with 1-2 years

experience in Solar / Power Backup Industry 2. Preference will be given to Luminous, Liveguard, Exide, Microtek, Okaya, Polycab and Havells employee 3. Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi 4. An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years 5. Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Dealers/Distributors.
