Job Title: Plant Head (PV Module)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Head to oversee the operations of our PV module production facility at Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. in Faridabad/Palwal. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, managing production planning, quality control, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee plant operations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement production planning and budgeting strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage a team of production staff and provide guidance on quality control and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in solar or power backup industry.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate/MBA degree with 1-2 years of experience in solar or power backup industry.
  • Experience in manufacturing or production management.
  • Certifications in quality management or production planning are a plus.
