Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our team and lead the way in debt raising, credit proposals, and fund management. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience in managing large-scale projects and possess exceptional leadership skills.

About the Role:

  • Raise debt from financial institutions, alternative investment funds, and banks through term loans and debentures at competitive pricing.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals with new and existing lenders, handle queries, and ensure timely execution of fundraising transactions.
  • Manage existing lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking to maintain strong relationships and achieve business objectives.
  • Make informed decisions regarding liquidity and investment portfolios to drive growth and maximize returns.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold a CA/MBA Finance degree and have 6-7 years of experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) or Fintech field.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising debt end-to-end and handling complex financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of core businesses and the ability to pitch them confidently to external parties.
