Sales Representative Role Description

At our organization, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention.
  • Present and explain our subscription packages in a clear and empathetic manner to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns and community events.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions in CRM tools.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local fluency is preferred.
  • Ability to connect with customers empathetically and build trust quickly.
  • Target-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Comfortable with both in-person and telephonic sales.
  • Basic computer and CRM usage skills.
