About Us:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive B2B Manager to join our team.
Job Description:The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic collaborations with key stakeholders across academia, industry, and government sectors, as well as onboarding and nurturing relationships with professionals to enrich our content and educational offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- IDentify, reach out to, and onboard industry partners for internships, workshops, expert talks, and other collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership programs and ensure smooth operations.
- Track, report, and optimize the impact of partnerships on student learning, placement opportunities, and brand building.
- Help build and scale our brand as the go-to partner for industry collaboration in tech upskilling.
- Strong understanding of B2B dynamics and partnership ecosystems across academia, industry, and government.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and leveraging Generative AI tools to create professional and visually compelling proposals.
- Ability to take full responsibility for projects and partnerships, delivering quality results.
- Excellent presentation skills, including body language, dressing, and demeanor that reflect professionalism in client meetings and events.
- Growth and development opportunities through management training programs.
Candidates must be willing to travel to other NIAT Campuses across India whenever required.
Working days: 6-day working with alternate Saturdays off (1st and 3rd Saturdays are non-working)
