We are seeking highly skilled Master Trainers to deliver engaging virtual training sessions for a leading youth development program.


About the Role

This is a dynamic position that ensures uninterrupted classroom delivery at GROW centers, equipping learners with essential employability skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions aligned with session plans, facilitating skill development, and preparing learners for job readiness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver interactive virtual training sessions using Zoom/MS Teams.
  • Facilitate skill development as per the pre-designed curriculum, ensuring learners acquire essential employability skills.
  • Conduct assessments to measure student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust training strategies accordingly.
  • Mentor and coach new trainers during handover for smooth transition, ensuring seamless delivery of training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience training adult learners, preferably in a virtual setting.
  • Fluency in English, Telugu, and Kannada.

Core Competencies
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel), Google Docs & Sheets.
  • Knowledge of training methodologies, Bloom's Taxonomy, adult learning principles, and assessment methods.
  • Excellent counseling and mentoring skills.
