Virtual Training Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Training Instructor to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for our GROW Youth Program.

This role involves ensuring seamless classroom delivery at our centers, equipping learners with essential employability skills through virtual training sessions.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with program goals.
  • Facilitate skill development among learners by providing hands-on coaching and feedback.
  • Prepare learners for job readiness through interview preparation and resume building.
  • Conduct assessments to measure student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with trainers and area heads to align training schedules and ensure effective communication.
  • Provide remote support to learners until full-time center trainers are onboarded.
  • Mentor and coach new trainers during handover for smooth transition.
