Business Development Associate

This position is open for a young and dynamic individual with 2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans who is passionate about building their career in the Gold loans domain.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and acquisition of new customers to boost gold loan business.
  • Cross-selling revenue generation through products, interest collection, and gold loans appraisals.
  • Nurturing strong relationships with clients to maximize business value.
  • Customer interaction and follow-up, maintenance of crucial registers and daily reports, cash management, and accounting.
  • Direct marketing of cross-selling products at insurance branches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fundamental knowledge of MS Office.
  • Awareness of the vernacular language of the respective region.
