Job Title: Regional Operations Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance and profitability of a regional branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute field-marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Manage and monitor the branch's marketing activities to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads and conversion.
  • Foster customer engagement through new customer acquisitions and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate valuations and appraisals of pledged gold ornaments in line with company policies and auditor compliance.
  • Maintain secure custody of pledged securities in accordance with company policies.
  • Closely monitor Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) to facilitate timely interest collection from customers.
  • Develop effective planning and execution skills to ensure smooth branch operations, teamwork, and employee development.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and train employees while providing constructive feedback on their performance.
  • Maintain high-quality business performance by generating reports and taking necessary actions to drive business growth.
