The Senior Client Servicing Executive plays a pivotal role as the bridge between our clients and creative teams, fostering strong relationships through exceptional communication and strategic insights.

They will develop a profound understanding of client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide thoughtful inputs and innovative advertising solutions.

The role demands an in-depth comprehension of brand communication and the ability to translate client requirements into effective advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs and create targeted advertising solutions.
  • Brief internal teams (creative, design, digital) clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end.
  • Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.
  • Manage workflow across stakeholders efficiently.

This is a full-time & On-site work opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
