**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced IP Strategy Lead to join our team in Noida. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Fortune 100 clients, supporting them throughout various phases of Intellectual Property (IP) lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will have the ability to perform patent landscape, white space analysis, competitive benchmarking, and technology scouting in Electronics and related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 1. Conduct searches in patent and non-patent databases, analyzing results, including statistical analysis, categorization, and patent publications.
    2. Categorize patents and non-patent literature, assisting in project management, reviewing tasks, and reporting.
    3. Support in generating sales collaterals and contributing to clients' strategy development process by applying technical proficiency and creative problem-solving skills to recognize market trends, opportunities, and threats.

Requirements:

  • 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, or related discipline.
    2. At least 8 years of experience in IP analytics services, preferably with strong technical skills for comprehending complex technology concepts and critical skills for evaluating technology features in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, and applied areas.
    3. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    4. Aptitude to work on emerging technologies, with prior experience in Derwent Innovation and Innography preferred.

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • 1. Working knowledge of analytical tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
    2. Certification courses in emerging technologies such as AI, ML, Blockchain, or other technical topics.
    3. Knowledge of US EP Patent Laws.
