Technical Leadership Position

As a key member of our software development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our product.
- Manage and guide a team of software engineers to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Take responsibility for the overall quality and maintainability of the codebase.
- Conduct pull request reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards.
- Architect new features considering scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Support team members in solving development challenges and unblock them when needed.
- Audit the existing codebase, identify improvement areas, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure creation and maintenance of clear, comprehensive technical documentation for both existing and new features.
- Strong hands-on experience with MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Proficiency with AWS cloud services and architecture design.
- Proven track record of leading/managing a team of developers.
- Strong background in code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring code quality.
- Ability to architect systems and think holistically about platform design.
- Experience in delivering new features and product enhancements with a focus on quality.
- Experience with payment systems and payment gateway integrations.
- Familiarity with video players, streaming technologies, and transcoding systems.
