Frontend Support Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Frontend Support Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills, with experience in handling support tasks, frontend issue resolution, and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve frontend-related support tickets efficiently.
  • Distribute tasks to team members based on skillset and urgency, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality support delivery.
Technical Expertise
  • Provide hands-on support for issues related to HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress, utilizing knowledge of basic PHP.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues promptly, assisting team members with complex problems and providing technical guidance.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of a small team of frontend support executives, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards.
Client Communication
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates, ensuring customer satisfaction with clear, professional correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery, with proficiency in WordPress (themes & plugins).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets, with experience in team coordination and task delegation.
