Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team.

This role will involve working on automation, testing, and integration with CI/CD (Jenkins) in an agile setting.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field: A relevant degree is required for this role.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience: We are looking for someone with extensive experience in software/web application testing.
  • At least 3 years of software/web application testing in an agile environment: Experience working in an agile environment is essential.

Technical Skills
  • Coding skills: Strong hands-on coding in Cypress and JavaScript is must-have.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/Java/Python is required.
  • Automation tools: Hands-on with UI automation tools: Selenium (Ruby), Cypress, Playwright.
  • Web standards: Deep understanding of JavaScript, CSS, web standards.
  • API testing: REST API testing experience.
  • Jenkins configuration: Experience configuring and extending Jenkins with custom plugins.
  • Enterprise automation: Knowledge of enterprise automation (parallelism, distribution).
  • Client-side MVC frameworks: Familiar with client-side MVC frameworks.
  • Server-side development: Server-side development exposure (preferably ASP.NET).
  • RDBMS: Technical expertise in RDBMS, ideally SQL Server.

Soft Skills
  • Communication skills: Strong communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-solving skills: Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Summary

This is a senior QA automation role emphasizing strong coding skills—especially with Cypress and JavaScript. You'll be expected to work on automation, testing, integration with CI/CD (Jenkins), and collaborate closely with development teams in an agile setting.
