OutSystems Development Lead

The role of OutSystems Development Lead involves driving the technical direction of a team responsible for developing business-critical applications using the OutSystems platform. To excel in this position, you will need to possess advanced knowledge of software development principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing responsive user interfaces using OutSystems software
  • Implementing front-end user interface and development
  • Providing expert-level assistance to clients using the OutSystems platform
  • Leading requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase the presence of web products
  • Improving stability, performance, and scalability across major business-critical systems

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have 4+ years of experience in OutSystems development, with expertise in C/C++ and operating system internals. They should also possess multi-platform and multi-dimensional experience, as well as advanced knowledge of Linux or Windows Kernel architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong customer orientation, and great soft skills are essential. Experience mentoring others and providing troubleshooting support is highly preferred.
